Please check model specifications, installation requirements, and product features carefully. Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your appliance before signing for delivery. Appliances can be damaged in transit. Please check your order thoroughly for internal and external damage.
  • If damage is found at delivery: do not sign for the item. Notify the delivery team immediately and call 858-649-9726.
  • If damage or a defect is discovered after delivery is complete, you must report it within 24 hours by contacting Premier Appliance Store at 858-649-9726.

Defective Merchandise

  • Most appliances include a one-year parts & labor warranty (see product manual for details).
  • If your product arrives defective, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • After 24 hours, warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturers typically require at least one service call to diagnose the issue.
  • Missing or damaged parts are generally covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty—contact them directly to order replacements.

⚠️ Warranties are void if:

  • Residential appliances are installed in commercial settings.
  • Products are moved outside the continental United States.

Premier Appliance Store follows manufacturer warranty policies. We are not responsible for installation or shipping charges when a manufacturer authorizes a replacement unit.

Return Guidelines

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unopened, and unused products in original packaging.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items without RA approval will not be accepted.
  • Restocking fee: 35% of the product value applies to all returns/refusals.
  • Shipping and handling charges (to and from our warehouse) are non-refundable.
  • Returned products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging, manuals, and blank warranty cards included.
  • Items moved from their original delivery location cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Speed Queen laundry equipment
  • Special-order merchandise
  • Commercial laundry equipment
  • Any item that has been installed, used, or plugged in

Refund Policy

  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued within 7 days of return approval.
  • After 7 days, refunds are issued by check mailed to the billing address.
  • After 90 days, refunds are issued as store credit (no expiration) and 50% restocking fee.

Credit Card Purchases

  • Refunds are submitted to our processor daily.
  • Banks typically take 3–5 business days to post refunds (up to 7 days in some cases).

Check Purchases

  • Refund checks are processed weekly and mailed via USPS.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery once mailed.

How to Request a Price Match

To be considered for a price match, please provide proof of the competitor’s offer, such as:

  • Refund checks are processed weekly and mailed via USPS.
  • Flyer or printed advertisement
  • Quote or written estimate
  • Competitor’s website link (full product page URL)
  • Photo or screenshot showing details

Our team will review the competitor’s price along with fulfillment costs and associated services to determine eligibility. We’ll make every effort to meet or beat the price before your order ships.

Exclusions

Premier Appliance Store will not match:

  • Competitors’ special promotions, bonus offers, or rebates
  • Financing offers
  • Clearance, closeout, open box, floor models, returned, or damaged merchandise
  • Service contracts, installation, delivery, or assembly services
  • Prices from non-authorized dealers
  • Prices that violate manufacturer pricing restrictions
  • Parts or accessories

At Premier Appliance Store, we make your appliance purchase stress-free by offering professional delivery and installation services. Our goal is to ensure your new appliances are set up quickly, safely, and ready to use.

Delivery Services

✅ Free Standard Delivery – Included with purchase

  • Delivery to your threshold (garage, front door, or main entry).
  • Available for most appliances.

⚠️ Does not include stairs, unboxing, plug-in, installation, or haul away of old appliances.

Installation Services (starting at $99 per appliance)

Professional installation is available for most appliances. Charges vary by product type:

  • Refrigerator / Freezer – $180
  • Dishwasher – $160
  • Washer / Dryer (per unit) – $180
  • Range / Oven – $160
  • Over-the-Range Microwave – $160
  • Built-In Appliances (wall ovens, cooktops, ventilation, panel-ready units, pro-style or column refrigerators) – Quote required (additional fees apply).

Installation kits and proper connections are required and must be purchased to complete installation.

Haul Away & Removal of Old Appliances – $49 per unit

We will haul away your old appliance, provided it is disconnected and uninstalled.

  • If installation service is not purchased, disconnection must be done by the owner before pickup.

Additional Services (call for pricing)

  • Extra stairs or difficult access
  • Heavy appliances (over 300 lbs.)
  • Door removal of appliance or building doors
  • Appliance door reversal (refrigerator, washer, dryer)
  • Remote deliveries (including ferry access)
  • Fit survey to ensure proper appliance fit

Packaging Removal – $25

Our team can remove and dispose of boxes and packing materials after installation.

  • Please note: If an appliance needs to be returned, original packaging must be retained.
